Help us celebrate our Veterans on the water! Free flag and discounted boat rental for all Veterans. But you don't have to be a Veteran to join us on this paddle trip to celebrate Veteran's day a little early. We will launch from Mcinnish Park boat ramp and paddle up the Elm Fork to Denton Creek. We will then paddle up Denton Creek to Hidden Lake, where we will find a nice spot for a picnic lunch. After lunch we will paddle up Denton Creek several miles enjoying the beauty of the creek and the wildlife, then paddle back to our launch point in the afternoon. This is a flat-water, beginner friendly paddle. Free if you have your own equipment (though a tip for the guide is nice).

If you need a boat, rentals are $40 per person and include boat, paddle, and life vest. $35 for military Veterans. There are a limited number of rentals available because of limited trailer space. To reserve a boat, pre-pay at https://www.adventuresunlimitedpaddling.com/shop/tour-joe-pool-paddling-trail.

Bring water, picnic lunch you can carry in your boat (possibly items to share), hat, sunscreen, water shoes or shoes that can get wet, layered clothing of wicking or man made materials (no cotton). Trinity Coalition is a Texan by Nature Conservation Partner.
