Families, cosplayers and Star Wars Fans attended Carrollton's "May The 4th Be With You" event held at the Crosby Recreation Center.Â
Because of possible inclement weather, the city moved the event, originally slated for the downtown square, indoors.Â
Members of the 501st Legion, a worldwide organization of volunteers who dress in Star Wars costumes to promote interest in the franchise and draw visitors to charitable events, dressed in their hand-made costumes to pose with attendees at the event.Â
Attendees participated in a variety of activities including trivia, virtual reality games, an inflatable laser tag arena, a 360 photo booth and more.Â
