What does your business offer that is unique compared to similar businesses?

We offer house calls, which most people are very surprised to hear about. I like taking the opportunity to get out of the clinic and see kids in their own homes. It makes many of the younger kids more comfortable, and the parents like that we can come to them if they can’t make it to us.

What is the most important part of your job on a daily basis?

Being a guide for parents is key. I consider pediatrics the practice of not just taking care of well and sick children, but also guiding parents on their journey, too.

What are your keys to success?

We operate differently than most pediatric clinics in that we are a small operation that tries to provide the same level of service that you would expect from a small-town doctor, which means easy access by phone, text or email.

What surprises you most about your job?

I am always surprised by how many new families I meet in the clinic who are moving to the area from all over the country. It seems like just about every day I get to meet a new family who has moved from far away for a job position.

Tell us something most people wouldn’t know about your company.

We are the first pediatrics clinic in Prosper, which is surprising considering the number of families who have lived here for some time.
