LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Online CIVCAST bids will be received by the District Engineer of Collin County Municipal Utility District No. 1, Huitt-Zollars, 5430 LBJ Freeway, Suite 1500, Dallas, Texas 75240, for the following procurement: "Civil Improvements for The Bartlett Neighborhood Phase II in the Light Farms Project". The Bartlett Neighborhood Phase II work consists of approximately 116 Residential Lots, 20,955 Sq. Yds. of concrete pavement, 1,830 LF of Storm Drainage, 2,895 LF of Sanitary Sewer, 4,073 LF of Waterlines, SWPPP and Erosion Control Measures and related work in the Light Farms Master Planned Community in Celina, Collin County, TX. Detailed plans and specifications may be obtained electronically after 9:00 AM on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 from Huitt-Zollars, Inc., from CIVCAST ( Inquiries may be made to Jonathan Gan, or (214) 871-3311 x 10136. Bids will be received on CIVCAST until 2:00 PM, Monday, June 21, 2021, and will be publicly opened and read at that time. A recommendation for award will be made for the bid received, as noted below to Collin County Municipal Utility District No. 1 for consideration by the District Board of Directors. Note: An Online Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM. Refer to the CIVCAST Q&A for pre-bid meeting login information. Contact regarding issues with the login information. Attendance is highly recommended but not required. Note: Bids may be submitted for only paving improvements or only utility improvements. Bids can be submitted as a package under a general contractor for the overall paving and utility improvement. The lowest responsive, qualified bid will be compared and a selection will be made.
