LEGAL NOTICE Allen ISD, Allen, Texas Advertisement for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) The Allen ISD is accepting qualification statements from organizations to partner with the District for an Employee Clinic. Specifications for this project may be obtained by registering on our electronic procurement system at https://www.allenisd.org/Page/52450. Responses will be electronically unsealed and opened shortly after the specified time of closing. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we suggest that bidders submit their response electronically via our electronic procurement system, which is found at https://allenisd.ionwave.net. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. Accommodations and modifications for people with disabilities are available upon request. Submit requests to Ashley Westbrook, Director of Purchasing, ashley.westbrook@allenisd.org. PROPOSAL NAME: Employee Clinic PROPOSAL NO.: 2021-APR-90 DUE DATE/TIME: 2:00 p.m., April 29, 2021 The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals received, deemed to be in the best interest of the District. No officer or employee of the Allen ISD shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the Allen ISD.
