LEGAL NOTICE By order of the Commissioners Court of Collin County, Texas, sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent, 2300 Bloomdale, Suite 3160, McKinney, TX 75071, until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 6, 2021, for Request for Proposal Janitorial Services (RFP No. 2021-194) (C.O. No. 2021-262-04-06). A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 8:30 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. at Collin County Central Plant, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 4600 Community Ave., McKinney, TX 75071. Proposers shall use unit pricing. Contractor must furnish a payment and performance bond within ten (10) consecutive calendar days following award of contract. Funds for payment have been provided through the Collin County budget approved by the Commissioners Court for this fiscal year only. Proposers may obtain the RFP Documents at Office of the Purchasing Agent: Jack Hatchell Administration Building, 2300 Bloomdale Road, Suite 3160, McKinney, TX 75071, 972-548-4165, or by going to https://collincountytx.ionwave.net. Sealed proposals will be opened on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. by the Purchasing Agent, 2300 Bloomdale, Suite 3160, McKinney, TX 75071. The Commissioners Court reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
