LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF ALLEN NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals addressed to the City of Allen (Owner) will be received at the office of the Purchasing Manager, Second Floor, 305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas 75013 (City Hall) until 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. No late proposals will be accepted for the following project: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #2019-9-91 HVAC Mechanical Repairs at the Allen Event Center No public bid opening will be held for this proposal. A voluntary Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at 10:00 AM in the 2nd Floor Conference Room at the Allen Event Center, 200 East Stacy Road, Suite 1350, Allen, Texas 75002. PROPOSALS ARE DUE TO THE PURCHASING DIVISION PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 5, 2020 @ 3:00 P.M. Specifications and bid documents may be accessed through the City of Allens electronic bidding system at https://allentx.ionwave.net/.
