LEGAL NOTICE Request for Proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk Responsive Educational Solutions, a Texas open-enrollment charter school, is issuing a Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager-At-Risk to perform construction services on a project at 1650 7th Street Huntsville, Texas, involving the renovation of an approximate 9,800 square foot Premier High School for approximately 120 students. The project will consist of a single story high school. The School intends to evaluate responses and select a Construction Manager-At-Risk in a one-step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269.251-.258 of the Texas Government Code. Deadline for responses to be submitted is 2:00 pm, on February 5 2020. Inquiries may be submitted in writing no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the proposal due date. Sealed RFP responses will be opened at 2:00 pm, on February 5 2020 at the Schools central administrative offices located at 1301 Waters Ridge Drive, Lewisville, TX 75057. The School reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this RFP, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise or to proceed otherwise where in the best interest of the School. Responses should be submitted sealed and plainly marked: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-AT-RISK RFP. Late responses will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
