In two years, 17-year-old Coppell resident Shraavya Pydisetti has built a nonprofit from nothing to a six-chapter, national organization that has helped communities internationally.

Pydisetti began the nonprofit at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when there was a rising need for access to food, educational resources, morale and more. From its original six members, Project Querencia has grown to 165 members who've helped 23,000 people in need.
