Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille opened its 12th steakhouse at Stonebriar Centre in Frisco on Monday.
The Stonebriar Centre location, at the northeast corner of Parkwood Boulevard and Mall Road D, is the second Dallas-area Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille.
The 10,000 square-foot restaurant accommodates 350 guests in its dining room, Bar 79, named in honor of the year the first restaurant opened, and exterior patio. Features include a view into the open concept kitchen, a towering wine wall, an island bar and four private dining rooms for groups and special occasions.
“From our roots as a meat market, we’ve grown to focus not only on great food, but also on the experience of our guests,” said Chris Perry, founder and owner of Perry’s Restaurants. “The Dallas area has truly embraced us since the opening of our Uptown location in 2010. We look forward to seeing some familiar faces as we join the vibrant, and quickly growing North Texas community of Frisco.”
At Perry’s, guests can expect signature dishes carved tableside, flaming desserts prepared tableside, mixology creations made with fresh ingredients and live music. While Perry’s is famous for its selection of butcher-fresh Prime, the restaurant is also known for its unexpected steakhouse specialty, Perry’s Famous Pork Chop. This seven-finger tall chop is dried, cured and roasted, then caramelized and topped with Perry’s signature herb-garlic butter.
Bar 79 will accommodate up to 120 guests and offer Social Hour featuring specially-priced bar menu items, wines and martinis weekdays from 4 - 6:30 p.m. and Sundays from 4 - 9 p.m. The four private dining rooms each offer a different ambiance, creating a unique, private dining experience, from intimate to expansive gatherings.
