Hats off to the Class of 2023 of Wakeland High School. On Sunday, May 21, the graduates of Frisco Wakeland High School walked across the stage to receive their diplomas.
Mona Motiie, student council president, gave the opening remarks, followed by the salutatorian address by Rajas Adwait Ketkar and the valedictorian address by Cecily Louise Gwendolyn Hoyt. Dr. Donna Edge, principal of Wakeland High School, gave her remarks and presented the Class of 2023 for graduation. Closing remarks were given by Winston Jefferson, senior class president.Â
