What does your business offer that is unique compared to similar businesses?

Unlike other companies, we focus on pre-owned Apple computers, repairs, data recovery and upgrades of Apple products.

What is the most important part of your job on a daily basis?

The most important part of the job is working with the customers to ensure that we are finding the right pre-owned products for them and meeting all of their tech needs. 

What are your keys to success?

Prior to Experimac, I was an electrical engineer for 27 years. With my tech background, Experimac allows me the opportunity to work with top-of-the-line tech products and apply my skills from a past career toward being successful.

What surprises you most about your job?

What surprises me most is our customers’ willingness to tell their family and friends about our products and services.
