Since Jan. 15, the Mesquite Police Department responded to 93 incidents, according to data provided by Lexis Nexis Community Crime Map.
Six accounts of aggravated assault were reported in the following incidents:
Jan. 16 at 1:45 a.m. in the 2100 block of Tradewind Drive
Noon Jan. 20 on Belt Line Road
Jan. 20 at 7:30 p.m. in the 3300 block of High Meadow Dr.
Jan. 23 at 6:04 a.m. in the 600 block of Purple Sage Trail.
Jan. 23 at 7:50 p.m. in the 1400 block of junction Run.
Between Jan. 18 and Jan. 22, Mesquite Police has responded to four commercial burglaries and nine residential burglaries. The majority of residential burglaries occurred north of US 80.
Mesquite Police reported two robberies at 12:20 a.m. Jan. 15 at North Peachtree Road and Gross Road and at 4:15 p.m. Jan. 19 at North Town East Drive and Tradewind Boulevard.
Since Jan. 15, the Mesquite Police Department has reported a total of 70 accounts of theft throughout the city.
