Ashton Woods, one of the nation’s largest private homebuilders, recently announced the grand opening of its new, state-of-the-art design studio at 5017 W. Plano Parkway, Suite 300, in Plano.
At The Studio, homebuyers can personalize their new homes with help from the Ashton Woods design team and choose from a large collection of design options, including flooring, cabinets, plumbing, lighting and countertops.
“We are thrilled to introduce The Studio to the Dallas-Fort Worth community,” said Tom Houser, president of Ashton Woods Dallas. “The Studio offers homebuyers an experience that this market has never before seen. Our expert design consultants collaborate with our buyers, guiding them through the process and helping them create personalized homes that reflect their unique lifestyles.”
Upon entering The Studio, the homebuyer will walk through the “Hall of Inspiration,” which features a series of glass-enclosed kitchen and bath vignettes.
Each vignette demonstrates a different design style spanning traditional, transitional and contemporary, allowing homebuyers to gather ideas, pinpoint their own style and better understand how to design their own Ashton Woods home.
Two additional vignettes are included: a utility room and a study.
“Every Studio is designed with an in-depth understanding of local trends,” said Leigh Spicher, director of design studios at Ashton Woods. “We chose to spotlight the study and utility room in Dallas-Fort Worth because buyers in this market tend to place significant emphasis on these rooms in their homes. We always want to ensure The Studio offers inspiration for our homebuyers in terms of design and functionality.
