The purpose of this group is to serve as an inspiration and motivational hub for women who want to be healthy in Dallas. We encourage a healthy lifestyle approach to fitness.

There is no quick fix, no one-size-fits-all approach. We do not endorse any specific products, only clean eating in moderation, enough workouts to challenge your body and finding a balance in your personal life that is sustainable over the long haul.

What does your business offer that is unique compared to similar businesses?

We host free local meet ups weekly for an hour in a kid-friendly location for the community. All women, children and men are welcome to join in at our workouts. We currently have some local activities planning in the works as well.

What is the most important part of your job on a daily basis?

Making sure all of our ladies are feeling comfortable within our group. We want to make sure that these women have a place they can come to and feel safe sharing experiences, asking questions, and seeking motivation. Making sure that our group stays a place where women are lifting each other up in a time and place where so many out there are tearing others down.

What are your keys to success?

  • Motivation: helping these women to not only set goals for themselves, but giving them the resources and knowledge by experience on how to attain success in their goals.

  • Connection: bringing women together to meet other women who can help them stay accountable with the goals they have set for themselves.

  • Inspiration: we share our stories with one another, stories of success and failure. We build one another up and let them know that what worked for us may not work for them, but that we will be there every step of the way to cheer them on and help them any way that we can.

What surprises you most about your job?

The amount of excuses people use daily to not keep themselves healthy.

“I’m too tired.”

“I’m so busy after work.”

“It’s taking too long to see results.”

“I have a lot going on right now.”

“I’m not that out of shape.”

“I don’t have anyone to watch the kids while I work out.”

“I can’t afford a gym membership.”

Tell us something most people wouldn't know about your company.

Most people don’t realize that our workout events are free and kid-friendly. We know people can’t always find a sitter or don’t always have the time away to workout but working out with our group provides a place for children to play with other children and several eyes watching them while they play.
